ABOUT PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR FRANCOPHONES OUTSIDE QUEBEC
You may have read or heard in the media that Canada has lowered its immigration targets to promote sustainable growth and better meet current labor market needs. However, this series of recent measures does not affect the immigration of French-speaking and bilingual candidates who choose to settle in a province or territory outside of Quebec.
